About ConnectCareHero

Our Story

ConnectCareHero started in 2015, when our founder made the tough decision to move his 80-year-old, Spanish-speaking father, Abraham, into a senior living community due to advanced dementia.

That experience revealed a deeper issue: a lack of culturally relevant care, limited ways to stay connected, and few resources for first-generation families. The journey was isolating — and it inspired a solution.

ConnectCareHero was born to help senior living communities fight social isolation through live, culturally engaging programming. Today, we support both care communities and healthcare organizations in helping older adults age well — whether at home or in a care setting.

Our Mission

To keep older adults socially connected and thriving through meaningful, inclusive programming.
